In the design of the project, the exhaust gas purification device is added to the exhaust pipe of unit, to ensure that emissions of the unit meet relevant government regulations. Also, we have chosen the Mitsubishi engine, which is superior to other products on the market and fully satisfies the environmental protection requirements of the customer.
In addition to energy saving and emission control, reliable power supply is always the fundamental of generator sets. The smelting furnace of glass manufacturing plant generally adopts electric smelting. Multiple pairs of electrodes are immersed in the molten glass, and current flows between the electrodes, causing the Joule effect and thereby generating heat. Once any power failure of the high-voltage three-phase AC power, and the temperature cannot be guaranteed at 350℃, the smelting furnace would be damaged, resulting in serious losses. At this point, the backup power becomes critical. The three HTW-2030 T5 HV units provide up to 5.4MW of power to maintain the electric heat of the smelting furnace, hence minimizing the possibility of any accident.
During the installation of Wuhu projects, our distributor provided full support and won the high praise from Xinyi. Hoisting was required at the site, but the site space was not large enough. The vehicle assisting the hoisting operation was stuck in the mud pit. The weather was bad as it was raining, plus the poor environment, so there were great difficulties in installation. Our distributor personally directed the hoisting work at the site and even operated the dangerous crane hook.
