    HIMOINSA extends its Stationary Range to 90 kVA

    YANMAR and FPT engines are applied in the latest Stationary Range gensets, in both 50 and 60Hz versions. The company is continuing working on the new model development, to extend this range to higher power ratings.


    The HS | Stationary range, consisted of generator sets from 10 to 50 kVA, has launched new models up to 90 kVA.

    Overwhelming amount of positive feedbacks are received since the HS product launch. In the Phase II development, YANMAR and FPT engines are integrated into the new HS40 canopy.  Currently, the R&D team in HIMOINSA is working on the further development, to extend the HS series to higher power ratings.

    The innovative modular design makes Stationary Range one of the most competitive products of On-Site power. It features four sized canopies, these canopies guarantee high levels of anti-rust and anti-oxidation, thereby maintain the best-in-class performance in the market.

    The main objective of the HS development is always to cater for the real needs of stationary installations. All the components and accessories are carefully selected from top brands, to maintain HIMOINSA's stringent quality standards, and to ensure efficient and reliable power. 

    The engines used for Phase I (10 to 50 kVA) are designed by Yanmar and exclusively for HIMOINSA's stationary range. In the second phase (60-90 kVA), we continue to choose Yanmar's exclusive engines that used in the Industrial Range launched in Y2020, which have been tested and proved in hundreds of projects.

    FPT engines are also available in the Phase II development. 

    Since the launch of HS range in the end of Y2020, many projects have chosen these units for fixed installations, both continuous and emergency power, in sectors such as industry, residential, commercial etc., thanks to the high reliability, swift response, high durability and resilience.

    The HS range will be expanded to  higher power models.

    EASY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN

    The HS Range guarantees a user-friendly installation experience. It incorporates anchorage points for the standard lifting rings. An extraction kit can be used to facilitate genset handling without bridge crane during checks, maintenance and fuel tank installation. The lifting and extraction kits are optional, so are the lifting skids for forklifts. 
    Maintenance and cleanings of interior components can be carried out easily by fully removable doors. Meanwhile, the new design effectively reduces the space required for indoor installation.



    FUNCTIONALITY: QUICK CONNECTIONS

    Two distribution cable entries are designed to provide easy connection and operation. A lower front entry reduces the genset's footprint, and based on the specifications and conditions of each installation, an alternative lower side entry is designed to facilitate connections . Both include a protective aluminium cover to prevent elements' entry from outside.

    SOUNDPROOFING



    The canopy applies self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and high-density rock wool. The position and layout of air intakes are well-designed to optimize the noise mitigation, and to prevent water from entering. Furthermore, the HS range incorporates a new silencer design to ensures comfortable level of sound emission in industrial environments. Based on projects’ requirement, customers can also opt for a sound attenuation kit for further soundproofing needs.
